Galette de Rois - Driekoningen taart

Traditional in Belgium and France on Epiphany or Three Kings Day is this puff pastry treat filled with almond paste.  A bean and a king figurine are hidden in the pie. If you get the bean, you pay for the pie, if you get the king, you are king for a day, and can wear the crown!
