Hi, I'm Inge, the heart and brain of Bakinge.

I came to Barcelona in 2008, worked as a teacher, but then decided to turn my hobby into my job. After training to be a pastry chef, I opened a little cake shop on Plaça de John Lennon in Gràcia in 2020, where I develop and bake cupcakes and biscuits, waffles and birthday cakes from scratch, using my own recipes, inspired by the baking tradition of my country, Belgium.
